Data versioning tracks changes to data over time. Lightning AI offers a straightforward approach to manage versions without complexity.

Via the web app

Open the teamspace Drive (teamspace > Drive), select the folder you want to version and duplicate it.

Via the terminal

Log into a Studio, create a new folder with the name of the new dataset version and copy over all files.
